Four travel planners created by the Whistler Resort Association to promote both Winter and Summer seasons between 1997 and 2000. Three of the planners are from the 1997-2000 Winter seasons, and one is from 1999 promoting the Summer season.

The planners cover topics regarding tourism including, accommodation, shopping, activities, transportation, events and festivals, Whistler Blackcomb, recreation, family services, dining, tours and sightseeing, mountain and valley maps, ski school, après, the Conference Centre, directory listings, packages, reservations, advertiser listings, day trips, golf, fishing, water sports, snow sports, lift tickets, ski area comparisons, ski and snowboard races/competitions, rentals, transportation, and booking services.

A 1999 VHS promotional resort video guide for the Resort Municipality of Whistler, titled "Whistler in Deep Resort Guide". The video depicts two locals guiding the viewer around Whistler Village, the mountains, activities, and dining throughout the valley. The video includes information on restaurants, ski lessons, indoor and outdoor activities, night life, retail stores, tours, and mountain terrain.

Items related to the Whistler Museum and Archives' Speakers Series "Whistler's Mountain Identity - with Michel Beaudry & Arthur de Jong". The event was held at the Whistler Museum on Wednesday, January 18, 2017 at 7pm, with a cash bar. Tickets cost $10, $5 for museum members.

"Raine + Beck and others conceived and planned this beautiful place. The mix of nature and fantastic amenities makes this a special place. There is/was a balance. We are losing this balance because we have not managed our success. We are getting too big for this valley, we will lose the balance. Capacities are stretched everywhere. We must get control."

"I think we should slow down or even better stop any future development and focus on quality of our relationship with the mountain, not on quantity of visitors."

"Wish some and many things had stayed as they were. Progress has not necessarily been better in some areas. Traffic is out of control. Too much push for more visitors and profits. Parking at Creekside should be pay if anywhere is pay."
