Reads: "Aug 1st, 17, remember how your horse balked at this spot once? Dolly arrived yesterday, hope you enjoy your holiday in the north and will be able to get...[unfortunately the last line has been cut off]." The recto of the postcard shows Cheakamus Canyon, the text on the postcard reads "536 Cheakamus Canyon, near Watson BC, Pacific Great Eastern Rly, Photo by C Bradbury". The sender of the postcard has marked a point on the canyon with an "x" and has written "where we rode, an excellent picture.".
