The Bicycle Task Force was developed by Municipal Council in September 2000. Its name was changed to the Whistler Cycling Committee, or WCCommittee, in April 2001. Following the completion and implementation of the Bicycle Network Plan, the Whistler Cycling Committee was replaced by the Whistler Cycling Coalition.
