These photos were most likely taken during scouting trips by Franz Wilhelmsen to plan the ski resort, as well as the first open season of the ski resort.

The fonds contains a mixture of brochures and pamphlets related to Whistler Mountain and Blackcomb Mountain, as well as ski magazines and guides.

Item is an undated "Guide to Whistler Mtn. Ski Area", with a map and accompanied by lists of lakes, housing developments, services, places to eat, and places to stay.
