7th Annual Drive Fore Life Golf Tournament Program Booklet

A program booklet for the 7th Annual Drive Fore Life Golf Tournament Fundraiser in support of the Kelty Patrick Dennehy Foundation held on August 22-24, 2008. The booklet contains handwritten notes about the official prices of the items for the auctions. It also contains the foundation's mission statement, the schedule of events, the menu, a welcome letter from Kerry Dennehy, a list of foundation achievement, a list of the top sponsors, donors and board members, the list of items available for silent and live auction, and a list of contributors of auction and sponsors for the event. Found in a scrapbook.

The article briefly discusses the stories of the Craig family and the Dennehy family and their donations to depression research. These slides seem to be colour-coded through using tape to frame the slides:
Blue is the Garibaldi region.
Yellow or Red seem to be other areas in British Columbia, and possibly Washington, but for different years (red = 1949, yellow = 1950).
Green indicates areas in the United States, such as Arizona and Colorado.

There are some slides that have 2 different tape colours.

Newsletter August 1968

The Whistler Mountain Ski Club newsletter issued in August 1968. The newsletter gives information about past activities, including its founding in March of 1968, its application to join the Canadian Amateur Ski Association, a dance held on April 13, 1968, the first Garibaldi Spring Slalom on April 28, 1968, and a wine party at the Roundhouse on May 18, 1968. It also gives information about future plans for social activities, racing instruction in cooperation with Jim McConkey and Byron Gracie, the Nancy Greene Little League instruction for children under 14, hosting races, the Annual General Meeting to be held October 1, 1968, and information about applications for membership.
