Fond consists of material donated by Gordon McKeever and includes promotional stickers for Whistler Mountain and Whistler Blackcomb, a promotional book for Whistler's restaurants, four travel planners created by the Whistler Resort Association to promote both Winter and Summer seasons between 1997 and 2000, a paper spiral bound guide for Whistler Resort Association (WRA) members from November 15th, 1996, a 1999 VHS promotional resort video guide for the Resort Municipality of Whistler, a variety of materials supporting the 2010 Winter Olympic Games, four paper business directory booklets printed for the Whistler Chamber of Commerce dating from 1994, 1996, and 1999, and sixteen posters depicting a variety of subject matter including Whistler festivals, ski racing events, concert series, car shows, heli-skiing, Molson and Shell Cups, and Whistler Resort tourism.

Original slides, transparencies, negatives, contact sheets, and prints of photographs taken by Greg Griffith, local photographer and owner of Mountain Moments Photography. The photographs are chiefly of skiing, snowboarding, mountain scenery, aerial shots, Whistler Village, skiing and snowboarding competitions (including the Molson World Cup Downhill), summer sports, freestyle skiing and snowboarding, heli-skiing, heli-boarding, and hotels and condominiums. Mr. Gay Canada 2008 TV Series Episode 1 & 2 on DVD-ROM - 2008

Video found on DVD-ROM of Episode 1 & 2 from the TV Series Mr. Gay Canada in 2008. The episodes follow the contestants of Mr. Gay Canada, with a key focus on winner Darren Bruce (also the narrator), through their time in Whistler competing in various modeling challenges.

In Episode 1, these challenges include a fashion show and photoshoots for swim wear, canoeing, fine dining, bartending, and a wedding. In Episode 2, the footage began with dinner and sabering wine, and then included the orienteering Eco-Challenge, interviews, catwalk, and the crowning of Mr. Gay Canada 2008.
