WA_2018_039 - Postcards and Textual Documents

Series consists of letters, bankruptcy papers, receipts, cheque stubs, postcards, a booklet, and a letter bill relating to the life of the Jardine-Neiland family at Alta Lake, as well as travels abroad. The postcards have been designated as a separate file.

File contains two photo order forms with contact prints attached. One form (001) is from Harvey Soicher Photo of North Burnaby, B.C. and is addressed to Robbie Bannerman of Calgary, Alberta. The other (002) is from Whistler Mountain Photo. All contact prints show people skiing, probably at the Toni Sailer Summer Ski Camps.

Harvey Soicher Photo order form

Item is a photo order form from Harvey Soicher Photos of North Burnaby, B.C., addressed to Robbie Bannerman of Calgary, Alberta. Taped to it are two black-and-white photographs cut out of a contact print, showing a person skiing (possibly at the Toni Sailer Summer Ski Camp). The bottom of the form has been filled out, indicating that two 5x7 and one 8x10 photos were ordered.

Item is a photo order form from Whistler Mountain Photo, with two cut-out sections of a contact strip attached to the back (totalling 17 small photos). All photographs show people skiing, possibly at the Toni Sailer Summer Ski Camp. The form has not been filled out. "Line 39" is written on the back.

Photographs and accompanying notes, correspondence, tests, and invoices taken by Clifford Fenner during his career as Park Supervisor for Garibaldi Provincial Park. Clifford was an avid outdoors explorer, a mountaineer, and a distinguished professional photographer. He was appointed Park Supervisor for Garibaldi Park early in 1953.
