Article written for the Vancouver Sun by Alan Daniels. The article describes the rise of summer activities (including mountain biking) and the impact it has had on tourism to Whistler, which has perennially been voted North America's No. 1 ski resort.

Stalking a Silent Killer

An article from MacLean's magazine on November 14, 2005. The article focuses on the stories of Gavin Craig and Kelty Dennehy who both died as a result of depression. The article also discusses fundraising efforts by the Craig family and the Kelty Patrick Dennehy Foundation towards research for depression at the University of British Columbia. Found in scrapbook.

Respecting a 'special place'

An editorial article written by Heike Stippler, likely in 2007. She writes that someone has disrespected a memorial bench on the Valley Trail by Green Lake in memory of Kelty Patrick Dennehy from the Kelty Patrick Dennehy Foundation. A small watering can attached to the bench and meant to water plants with was stolen. Found in scrapbook.
