Various newspaper clippings from newspapers such as the Whistler question, which relate to aviation in the Whistler Valley. Many of the articles are about heli-skiing, aerial search and rescue, aircraft accidents, and aerial photography/reconnaissance.

Whistler Museum Pamphlet

A 2016 brochure for the Whistler Museum. Contains short paragraphs about each of the exhibits: pioneers, natural history, skiing history and the Olympics. The back panel has the museum contact information, opening hours and a small map. There are pictures from each of the exhibits, including an image of Myrtle Philip, and the outside of the museum included in the brochure.

Don MacLaurin

Fonds contain the records of Don MacLaurin. MacLaurin was involved in the forestry industry of British Columbia, taught at BCIT, and was heavily involved with the Resort Municipality of Whistler. He was in several forestry associations, including the Canadian Institute of Forestry, British Columbia Foresters, and the Forest Nursery Association of British Columbia. MacLaurin created the Whistler Interpretive Forest. MacLaurin also completed assessments for private developers. Included in the fonds are his personal records.

Most of the records were created in the Whistler region.

Three workforce meal vouchers for the 2010 Winter Olympic Games in Whistler used by Marcus Culver. Marcus was on the Transportation Parking and Permit crew during the Games. There are two lunch vouchers, which are purple, and one dinner voucher, which is blue.

A Sea to Sky Highway Checkpoint permit from the Vancouver 2010 Olympics. One side contains a barcode and blank space to indicate the date to which the permit is valid. The back side has instructions for displaying the permit in a vehicle and instructions about valid use.
