Materials gathered by Geoff Pearce during his time in Whistler, including between 1976 and 1986 as Clerk-Treasurer for Whistler's first municipal council (RMOW). Documents include Official Community Plan drafts and revisions, a Resort Municipality of Whistler Newsletter, a Commercial Accommodation Market Survey & Analysis, a Whistler Blackcomb Vacation Guide, a Whistler Town Center Development Program, two Whistler Village land proposals, a Promotional Development Package, a 1984 Annual Report, a RMOW Organization Report, a Community Recreation Complex Committee Report #1, and financial statements.
Items donated by John and Joyce Hetherington, including a poster of an artist's conception of Whistler Village presented to John Hetherington (RMOW Councillor at the time) on the occasion of the Founders Club Dinner on May 15, 1981, and an account ballot for the 1976 municipal election where Pat Carleton was voted into office as mayor.
Fonds contain the records of Don MacLaurin. MacLaurin was involved in the forestry industry of British Columbia, taught at BCIT, and was heavily involved with the Resort Municipality of Whistler. He was in several forestry associations, including the Canadian Institute of Forestry, British Columbia Foresters, and the Forest Nursery Association of British Columbia. MacLaurin created the Whistler Interpretive Forest. MacLaurin also completed assessments for private developers. Included in the fonds are his personal records.
Most of the records were created in the Whistler region.
Posters, art, and textual material donated by Alyssa Bruijns between 2014 and 2021, including Whistler Blackcomb and mountain biking posters, a bus pass, COVID-19 vaccine information and sticker, an Ancient Trees protest sign, her art under Snowline Art, gift cards and tickets for local Whistler pubs and museums, and memberships to Whistler organizations.

Photographic and textual material created and collected by the Resort Municipality of Whistler (RMOW) relating to planning and development of Whistler Village and the resort municipality, events held in Whistler, land management, culture and public art, ecology, resort development, the environment, transportation, heritage, schools, architecture, sustainability, and municipal politics.
Materials relating to Whistler's municipal parks, as well as the Resort Municipality of Whistler (RMOW)'s preparation for and participation in the Vancouver 2010 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games in Whistler, collected by Jan Jansen during his time in the role of Manager of Resort Experience at the RMOW between the 1980s and 2010.
Documents donated by the Alpine Club of Canada, including newsletters from the Resort Municipality of Whistler and the Alta Lake Sports Club.
Material created by Bob Bishop, a member of Whistler's first municipal council, including a letter addressing voters from his election to the Resort Municipality of Whistler (RMOW) council in 1975.
