Fond consists of material donated by Gordon McKeever and includes promotional stickers for Whistler Mountain and Whistler Blackcomb, a promotional book for Whistler's restaurants, four travel planners created by the Whistler Resort Association to promote both Winter and Summer seasons between 1997 and 2000, a paper spiral bound guide for Whistler Resort Association (WRA) members from November 15th, 1996, a 1999 VHS promotional resort video guide for the Resort Municipality of Whistler, a variety of materials supporting the 2010 Winter Olympic Games, four paper business directory booklets printed for the Whistler Chamber of Commerce dating from 1994, 1996, and 1999, and sixteen posters depicting a variety of subject matter including Whistler festivals, ski racing events, concert series, car shows, heli-skiing, Molson and Shell Cups, and Whistler Resort tourism.
Postcards collected and donated by Ann Spence, owner of Golden Dreams Bed & Breakfast. Postcards are from Mountain Moments, and include Greg Griffith photography of Whistler recreation activities and aerial photography.
Materials gathered by Geoff Pearce during his time in Whistler, including between 1976 and 1986 as Clerk-Treasurer for Whistler's first municipal council (RMOW). Documents relating to the purchase of membership to Whistler Mountain Ski Club, the purchase of annual ski passes from Garibaldi Lifts Ltd., the du Maurier International Slalom on Whistler Mountain, the purchase of ski gear, Whistler Mountain's Silver Anniversary, tourism pamphlets for ski camps and Garibaldi Lodge, summer ski camp certificates, and the Vancouver 2010 Olympics.
Materials donated by Jinny Ladner on behalf of the late Whistler Museum & Archives board member, Mary Murray, just after her passing in 2020. Items include a colour copy of a print showing the top of the chairlifts on Whistler Mountain in 1975 and a thank-you greeting card celebrating Mary's work on the Whistler Museum's board signed by the board and staff members.

Fonds consists of three posters that include a black and white poster print of a drawing by Isobel MacLaurin of Whistler Mountain from the Creekside Base depicting the route/run of the Molson World Downhill and Super Giant Slalom Course in 1986, a large colour poster about the Coast Mountain Telemark Series from 1981-1982, and a colour poster for the Molson World Downhill race on Whistler Mountain on February 27th, 1982.
