It opens with brief footage of skiing, sailing, and swimming at the 1966 Whistler Summer Ski Camp, then transitions to footage of campers skiing and snowboarding, riding the chair lift, roller blading, windsurfing, biking, rock climbing, swimming, racing, playing tennis and frisbee, using a trapeze, and participating in skits and talent shows at the 1996 camp.

Photographs taken by Dick Chambers during the 1950s and 1960s, primarily of mountaineering trips in the Pacific Northwest and BC, but also including family photographs and photographs of the Vancouver and Mt Seymour areas. A large portion of the photos were shot with Ektachrome film.
