Documents include personal files, correspondence, pamphlets, posters, maps, and other promotional material regarding events, planning, accommodation, and services in the Whistler area from 1980 to 1996.

Canada Cup #1 Mountain Bike Race Pamphlet

Pamphlet sharing race information and a registration form for the Canada Cup #1 mountain bike race, presented by Kona, 99.3 the Fox FM, and the Georgia Straight newspaper. The race was to be held May 27-28, 1995 on Blackcomb Mountain.

Specialized Cactus Cup Mountain Bike Stage Race - CACTUS '94 Booklet

Booklet for the 1994 Cactus Cup mountain bike race held on Blackcomb Mountain, sponsored by Specialized. The event was held from July 22-24, 1994. The booklet contains information on categories, events, accommodations, volunteering, expo, parties, schedule, and registration. a registration form is included, and a map is located on the verso. Events listed for the Cactus Cup include a time trial, a criterium, a circuit race, a kids rodeo, a kids race, the expo, and a "meet the pros" party at Merlin's.

Fall Fork Fest - Whistler BC - September 23-26th, 1993 Program

Program for Fall Fork Fest, an event held in Whistler from the 23-26th of September in 1993. The Festival includes the Cheakamus Challenge Mountain Bike Race, a trailbuilding workshop, the WORCA Loonie Race, Whistler Backroads guided mountain bike tours, trial demos, the Fall Fork Fest benefit party, Biker's Breakfast, and a series of mountain bike competitions on Blackcomb Mountain (bunny hop contest, skid contest, dual hill climb, chainless downhill, vintage bike race, and kids parade).

The program includes a schedule of events, editorial piece, letter from the mayor, an article on competitions, an article on trails, an article on mountain bike trail advocacy, thank you's, and advertisements from sponsors.
