Materials gathered by Geoff Pearce during his time in Whistler, including between 1976 and 1986 as Clerk-Treasurer for Whistler's first municipal council (RMOW). Documents include Official Community Plan drafts and revisions, a Resort Municipality of Whistler Newsletter, a Commercial Accommodation Market Survey & Analysis, a Whistler Blackcomb Vacation Guide, a Whistler Town Center Development Program, two Whistler Village land proposals, a Promotional Development Package, a 1984 Annual Report, a RMOW Organization Report, a Community Recreation Complex Committee Report #1, and financial statements.

A large collection of photographs and newspapers mainly pertaining real estate and construction in Whistler, as well as some postcards and magazines from Arv Pellegrin.

Includes a brief description of the runs, lifts, rates, and facilities at Whistler Mountain; four black-and-white drawings and photographs; advertisements for Cheakamus Inn and Highland Lodge; and information on travelling from Vancouver, including a map.
