"Whistler Mountain through the years" Timeline

Newspaper clipping from the Vancouver Sun including a timeline of "Whistler Mountain through the years." Significant events from the opening of Rainbow Lodge in 1914 to the naming of Whistler as top ski resort in North America in 2015 are listed. The clipping also contains the continuation of an article from page A17 about the history of Whistler. There are two photographs: skiers disembarking a gondola in 1991 and construction work on Whistler Town Centre in 1980.

Pacific Great Eastern Railway draft with Passenger Receipt

A draft of the section covering the Pacific Great Eastern Railway with numerous handwritten notes, which focuses on how the train brought passengers to Alta Lake and how Rainbow Lodge provided a rest stop along the journey further north. Also includes a passenger receipt from a train that ran from North Vancouver to Rainbow Lodge for the cost of $3.30.
