Original slides, transparencies, negatives, contact sheets, and prints of photographs taken by Greg Griffith, local photographer and owner of Mountain Moments Photography. The photographs are chiefly of skiing, snowboarding, mountain scenery, aerial shots, Whistler Village, skiing and snowboarding competitions (including the Molson World Cup Downhill), summer sports, freestyle skiing and snowboarding, heli-skiing, heli-boarding, and hotels and condominiums. The collection also includes photographs of well-known Whistler residents, historical moments in Whistler (such as the opening of Blackcomb Mountain, the construction of Whistler Village, squatter culture), and various events in Whistler.

Fonds includes a hand-drawn map of the proposed mini golf course on Whistler Mountain at the base of Olive Chair.

Fonds includes documents pertaining to the North Shore Credit Union, Passport Ski Theft Program, Whistler Cable TV service, chimney fire prevention, and public hearing of Bylaw No. 317; and pamphlets pertaining to the Edgewater Lodge and Restaurant and the Bavarian Inn.

Fonds consists of photographs of trails and parks around Whistler, including area maps and construction.

Posters from the Saudan Couloir Ski Race Extreme, Blackcomb Mountain, and various Whistler Blackcomb skiing and snowboarding events ranging from 2013 to 2015, as well as lift tickets.

Photographs from the Freakers' Ball. The photographs were taken at three different Freakers' Balls: in 1975, when it was held in the Mount Whistler Lodge; in 1976, when it was held in the Christiana Inn, and in 1977, when it was held in the Keg.

Photographs of the Tapley's Fastball team. One photograph is from July 19 in the early 1980s. The other photograph is from July 1, 1989. The photos were most likely taken at Spruce Grove Park in Whistler, BC. The photo from the early 1980s seems to be an informal baseball league, whereas the photo from 1989 is most likely taken at an event hosted by the Whistler Slo-Pitch Association (WSPA).

Fonds includes photograph print of Mount Whistler Lodge burning down sometime in the 1980s.

Fond consists of material donated by Gordon McKeever and includes promotional stickers for Whistler Mountain and Whistler Blackcomb, a promotional book for Whistler's restaurants, four travel planners created by the Whistler Resort Association to promote both Winter and Summer seasons between 1997 and 2000, a paper spiral bound guide for Whistler Resort Association (WRA) members from November 15th, 1996, a 1999 VHS promotional resort video guide for the Resort Municipality of Whistler, a variety of materials supporting the 2010 Winter Olympic Games, four paper business directory booklets printed for the Whistler Chamber of Commerce dating from 1994, 1996, and 1999, and sixteen posters depicting a variety of subject matter including Whistler festivals, ski racing events, concert series, car shows, heli-skiing, Molson and Shell Cups, and Whistler Resort tourism.

Postcards collected and donated by Ann Spence, owner of Golden Dreams Bed & Breakfast. Postcards are from Mountain Moments, and include Greg Griffith photography of Whistler recreation activities and aerial photography.
