Four travel planners created by the Whistler Resort Association to promote both Winter and Summer seasons between 1997 and 2000. Three of the planners are from the 1997-2000 Winter seasons, and one is from 1999 promoting the Summer season.

The planners cover topics regarding tourism including, accommodation, shopping, activities, transportation, events and festivals, Whistler Blackcomb, recreation, family services, dining, tours and sightseeing, mountain and valley maps, ski school, après, the Conference Centre, directory listings, packages, reservations, advertiser listings, day trips, golf, fishing, water sports, snow sports, lift tickets, ski area comparisons, ski and snowboard races/competitions, rentals, transportation, and booking services.

Whistler-themed colouring book created by the Whistler Museum and Archives using traced photographs from the archives featuring prominent Whistler figures and scenes. The book was sold at the Whistler Museum's gift shop and other locations in Whistler Village.

Posters from the Saudan Couloir Ski Race Extreme, Blackcomb Mountain, and various Whistler Blackcomb skiing and snowboarding events ranging from 2013 to 2015, as well as lift tickets.

Documents collected by Sonya McCarthy from Whistler Blackcomb, including: the Whistler Express Gondola opening package; programs and rates for the mountains; events; pamphlets; a gondola area map; a Whistler Mountain Development Plan package; and information on summer hiking, ski schools, and 7th Heaven.
