Promotional booklet advertising upcoming developments on Whistler Mountain, made possible by the investment of $24 million in the resort by Intrawest. These include a new high-speed detachable quad chairlift for the peak, improved alpine trails, the reintroduction of Franz's Chair, the complete renovation of the Roundhouse Lodge, and the redevelopment of Creekside base. The pamphlet includes modern photographs of the peak, archival photographs (Myrtle and Alex Philip and others on Whistler Mountain; Alan White, Nancy Greene, Roy Ferris, and Toni Sailer; and Rob Boyd) and concept art for the new Creekside.

Subseries consists of concept art for Millennium Place/Whistler Interfaith Chapel, as well as related correspondence between Dalla-Lana Griffin Dowling Knapp Architects and Alex Kleinman/Stephen Milstein.

A paper booklet of a concept design for the Whistler Olympic centre prepared by Intersect Group, Azurean Architecture Inc., and Via + Cochrane. Concept design included a Paralympic Sledge Hockey arena, a community centre, an Olympic venue, a space for future sports and education, and a culture legacy. Content includes an introduction, a description of the design concept, a facility plan legend, notes, a building plan, a seasonal use plan, a site plan, a architectural section drawing, images of functional precedents, and images of building precedents.

Materials gathered by Geoff Pearce during his time in Whistler, including between 1976 and 1986 as Clerk-Treasurer for Whistler's first municipal council (RMOW). Documents include Official Community Plan drafts and revisions, a Resort Municipality of Whistler Newsletter, a Commercial Accommodation Market Survey & Analysis, a Whistler Blackcomb Vacation Guide, a Whistler Town Center Development Program, two Whistler Village land proposals, a Promotional Development Package, a 1984 Annual Report, a RMOW Organization Report, a Community Recreation Complex Committee Report #1, and financial statements.

Furthermore, the package aims to make a compelling case for such an investment through listing the positive features of Whistler, and aided with descriptive photos of the various activities and infrastructure located in and around Whistler Village.
