Documents, photographs, and other ephemera relating to exhibits, staff, events, management, and daily functions of the Whistler Museum and Archives. The Whistler Museum and Archives Society was founded in 1986.

Fond consists of material donated by Gordon McKeever and includes promotional stickers for Whistler Mountain and Whistler Blackcomb, a promotional book for Whistler's restaurants, four travel planners created by the Whistler Resort Association to promote both Winter and Summer seasons between 1997 and 2000, a paper spiral bound guide for Whistler Resort Association (WRA) members from November 15th, 1996, a 1999 VHS promotional resort video guide for the Resort Municipality of Whistler, a variety of materials supporting the 2010 Winter Olympic Games, four paper business directory booklets printed for the Whistler Chamber of Commerce dating from 1994, 1996, and 1999, and sixteen posters depicting a variety of subject matter including Whistler festivals, ski racing events, concert series, car shows, heli-skiing, Molson and Shell Cups, and Whistler Resort tourism.

Materials donated by Jinny Ladner on behalf of the late Whistler Museum & Archives board member, Mary Murray, just after her passing in 2020. Items include a colour copy of a print showing the top of the chairlifts on Whistler Mountain in 1975 and a thank-you greeting card celebrating Mary's work on the Whistler Museum's board signed by the board and staff members.

Subjects broached at meetings include the Children's Festival, the BMX track, North Shore Credit Union's opening, the Whistler Question, a Whistler cookbook, a treasure hunt, the Expo 86 Committee, the Whistler BMX Association, the Fall Fair, the Whistler Chamber of Commerce, a Christmas party, a Teen Dance, the construction of Dandelion Daycare, a rummage sale, Camp Rain Shine, babysitting, a children's book, the Whistler Museum and Archives, the Rotary Club, the RMOW, and Myrtle Philip Elementary School.

Greeting card from Fernand [Desroches, owner of Myrtle's Restaurant] to Florence [Petersen] and Elaine [?]. The card, which has balloons on the cover, reads:
Cover: "You're leaving... and we hope that your days will be as good as your daydreams. We want you to know that we will miss you very much."
Cover verso: "In remembrance of Myrtle's 100th birthday Fernand would like to invite you for dinner on Tuesday, March 19th at 6:30pm ~ Reservations have been made and we look forward to hosting you and your spouces [sic - spouses], Andy + Bill ~ This is our special 'thank you' for your years of dedication to the Museum + Archives Society ~"
