Materials collected by Ross Rebagliati relating to his career as a professional snowboarder and during his time competing for Team Canada in the Winter Olympic Games at Nagano, Japan in 1998, where he was the first person to win an Olympic gold medal in the discipline of snowboarding. Included is a scrapbook of his achievements and magazine features. Also included are fan letters expressing support for him during the post-Olympics controversy over marijuana which resulted in his gold medal being stripped and then re-awarded.
Whistler Village Centre brochure, including concept plan of the site on the Village Stroll beside The Keg restaurant and an invitation for Whistler homeowners to come to the 'Presentation Centre' for the construction project.
Materials gathered by Brad Nichols, including volunteering handbooks for Whistler Blackcomb Events and Whistler Mountain Bike Park from 2017 and 2018, an invitation to the Illuminate Gala at the Audain Art Museum in 2019, the 1995 Greg Stump VHS mountain biking film "Pulp Traction", and a WORCA Toonie Race tentative schedule from 2020 which never came to fruition due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Materials created by Tourism Whistler, including a video and news release announcing Whistler's intention to bid along with Vancouver for the 2010 Winter Olympic Games.
Fonds consists of material relating to the Whistler Singers choir. Series 01 consists of song orders for various concerts given by the choir; series 02 contains lists of choir members; series 03 contains concert programs; series 04 contains CDs released by the choir; and series 05 contains concert posters.
