Photographs include those of Franz Wilhelmsen, President of Whistler Mountain, Pierre Trudeau and his wife Margret Trudeau on their honeymoon, the original gondola, skiers in the early days of the mountain, events, ski races, and other happenings at the ski resort.

Fonds consists of Whistler/Blackcomb newsletters from the early 1990s and documents and maps relating to alpine skiing World Cup events held at Whistler Mountain between 1993 and 1995.

Materials created and collected by former Whistler Mountain worker Jim Gravel, including Whistler Mountain staff manuals and a yearbook from 1982-1986.

Materials donated by Jinny Ladner on behalf of the late Whistler Museum & Archives board member, Mary Murray, just after her passing in 2020. Items include a colour copy of a print showing the top of the chairlifts on Whistler Mountain in 1975 and a thank-you greeting card celebrating Mary's work on the Whistler Museum's board signed by the board and staff members.

Commercial Accommodation Market Survey & Analysis put together by Ernst & Whinney for the Whistler Village Land Company Limited in March 1982. The report's purpose is stated to review skier visit forecasts, review the proposed commercial construction buildout, analyze winter and summer visitor potentials, and evaluate the resulting guest and occupancy figures in Whistler.
