DVDs, CDs, and a VHS created by the Resort Municipality of Whistler (RMOW) containing images, marketing videos, and PDFs on the making of the medals and venue construction for the Vancouver 2010 Olympic and Paralympic Games.

Materials relating to Whistler's municipal parks created and collected during Jan Jansen's tenure as Manager of Resort Experience at the Resort Municipality of Whistler (RMOW), including photographs and maps from between 1980 and 1991.

Lost Lake Park map created by Trevor Roote for the Resort Municipality of Whistler (RMOW), including annotations made by the RMOW showing the addition of new trails in 1980. A Whistler Area map is show on verso.

Fonds contain the records of Don MacLaurin. MacLaurin was involved in the forestry industry of British Columbia, taught at BCIT, and was heavily involved with the Resort Municipality of Whistler. He was in several forestry associations, including the Canadian Institute of Forestry, British Columbia Foresters, and the Forest Nursery Association of British Columbia. MacLaurin created the Whistler Interpretive Forest. MacLaurin also completed assessments for private developers. Included in the fonds are his personal records.

Most of the records were created in the Whistler region.

File includes a letter dated June 1997 from J. Mike O'Neill to Don MacLaurin thanking Don for his participation in an International Forestry Tour; a letter dated October 1997 from J. Mike O'Neill to Don MacLaurin regarding monetary compensation and thanking Don for his participation in a Whistler tour; a letter dated August 1998 from J. Mike O'Neill to Don MacLaurin regarding monetary compensation for Don's involvement in an Austrian tour; a letter dated June 1988 from Drew Meredith to Don MacLaurin thanking Don for his efforts as a member of the Forestry Committee; a card dated June 1993 from Myrtle Philip Community School to Don MacLaurin thanking Don for his participation as a tour guide in the Whistler Interpretive Forest for a class, with a photograph of Don talking to the students; a letter dated April 1999 from Dave Waldron at Simon Fraser University to Don MacLaurin thanking Don for his contribution to the Environmental Working Group Workshops; a letter dated June 1991 from Bob Dufour, general manager of Mountain Operations at Whistler Mountain, thanking Don for conducting an introductory training session for summer hosts and awarding Don and Isobel passes for the summer season; a letter dated October 1984 from Trev Roote, Chairman of the Advisory Parks and Recreation Commission, to Don MacLaurin thanking Don for his yeoman service to the Commission.
