Materials donated by Caroline Dwyer from her time competing in snowboard slalom races (during the early years of competitive snowboarding) from 1998-2000, including photographs of Dwyer competing at the 1998 Nagano Olympic selection trials (the first year snowboarding was a sport in the Olympic Games) held at Nakiska, Alberta, and BC Snowboard Provincial SeriesFinals snowboard race information sheets from 2000 at Big White.

Materials collected by Ross Rebagliati relating to his career as a professional snowboarder and during his time competing for Team Canada in the Winter Olympic Games at Nagano, Japan in 1998, where he was the first person to win an Olympic gold medal in the discipline of snowboarding. Included is a scrapbook of his achievements and magazine features. Also included are fan letters expressing support for him during the post-Olympics controversy over marijuana which resulted in his gold medal being stripped and then re-awarded.
The fonds contains textual documents and other items that were used in the planning process and the carrying out of the luge event's volunteering during the 2010 Vancouver Winter Olympic Games.
Included in the fonds is a blue Vancouver 2010 luge volunteer polyester arm band worn by Shelley Brown during the luge events, an official spectator guide, a Games planner, a BC Transit Souvenir Pass pamphlet, a Team Captains' Manual, 3 alpine skiing event general admission tickets, a ticketing package information letter, a ticket-holders' envelope, 2 Accreditation pocket guides, 4 Vancouver 2010 Winter Olympic Games stickers, a Team 2010 pocket guide, a Vancouver 2010 Information booklet, 'Delivering the Dream' 2010 Winter Games Strategic Framework Summary booklet, and a binder containing Team 2010 Orientation material and a Frequently Asked Questions information sheet on the 2010 Winter Games Homestay Program.

Fond consists of material donated by Gordon McKeever and includes promotional stickers for Whistler Mountain and Whistler Blackcomb, a promotional book for Whistler's restaurants, four travel planners created by the Whistler Resort Association to promote both Winter and Summer seasons between 1997 and 2000, a paper spiral bound guide for Whistler Resort Association (WRA) members from November 15th, 1996, a 1999 VHS promotional resort video guide for the Resort Municipality of Whistler, a variety of materials supporting the 2010 Winter Olympic Games, four paper business directory booklets printed for the Whistler Chamber of Commerce dating from 1994, 1996, and 1999, and sixteen posters depicting a variety of subject matter including Whistler festivals, ski racing events, concert series, car shows, heli-skiing, Molson and Shell Cups, and Whistler Resort tourism.
