Posters, art, and textual material donated by Alyssa Bruijns between 2014 and 2021, including Whistler Blackcomb and mountain biking posters, a bus pass, COVID-19 vaccine information and sticker, an Ancient Trees protest sign, her art under Snowline Art, gift cards and tickets for local Whistler pubs and museums, and memberships to Whistler organizations.

Materials gathered by Brad Nichols, including volunteering handbooks for Whistler Blackcomb Events and Whistler Mountain Bike Park from 2017 and 2018, an invitation to the Illuminate Gala at the Audain Art Museum in 2019, the 1995 Greg Stump VHS mountain biking film "Pulp Traction", and a WORCA Toonie Race tentative schedule from 2020 which never came to fruition due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Documents and photographs relating to several events and programs for mountain biking and cycling, hosted in part by the Sea To Sky Bike Club and the Sea To Sky Youth Action Committee.

This fonds contains material created by the Whistler Cycling Committee, including the second draft of the Whistler Bicycle Network Plan (March 2002), a flyer about the Whistler Cycling Committee, and Whistler Trail Standards: Environmental and Technical Trail Features First Draft (September 2001).

Material donated by Sonya McCarthy gathered from her time as Alderman on the Municipal Council (RMOW), working for the Whistler Area Information Office, doing community work, and from Whistler Mountain. Documents include personal files, correspondence, pamphlets, posters, maps, and other promotional material regarding events, planning, accommodation, and services in the Whistler area from 1980 to 1996.

Audiovisual materials donated by Andrew Worth, including DV-Cam raw footage and edited film clips on USB of camping, Biker X races, Slopestyle, Canadian Open Downhill Race, and some medal ceremonies at the first Crankworx Freeride Mountain Bike Festival in [2004].

Original slides, transparencies, negatives, contact sheets, and prints of photographs taken by Greg Griffith, local photographer and owner of Mountain Moments Photography. The photographs are chiefly of skiing, snowboarding, mountain scenery, aerial shots, Whistler Village, skiing and snowboarding competitions (including the Molson World Cup Downhill), summer sports, freestyle skiing and snowboarding, heli-skiing, heli-boarding, and hotels and condominiums. The collection also includes photographs of well-known Whistler residents, historical moments in Whistler (such as the opening of Blackcomb Mountain, the construction of Whistler Village, squatter culture), and various events in Whistler.

Photographs of publicity shots used for Blackcomb Mountain's marketing purposes before it merged with Whistler. Subjects include but are not limited to the following: skiing, snowboarding, events, dining, retail, aerial photography, portraits, mountain facilities, mountain biking, outdoor recreation, and hiking.

Items relating to the Crankworx Mountain Biking Festival, held in Whistler each August and lasting roughly a week and a half, depending on the year. Items include mountain biking race plates and an Official Event Guide.

Hiking maps, Mountain bike trail maps, Whistler Village maps and directories, pamphlets related to Whistler Backroads Mountain Bike Adventures, correspondence with Eric Wight, T-shirt and logo design mock-ups, and newspaper clippings related to mountain biking and hiking.
