Adventures West Village - Site Master Plan

Double-sided map of Adventures West Village Site Master Plan [from 1971?]. Recto shows a highlighted Stage 1 [which was eventually built] of development for holiday condominiums amongst several other Stages of development and recreation areas which never came to fruition, including a ski hill with rope tow, archery area, obstacle course, toboggan run, sports fields, putting greens, croquet area, tennis courts, volleyball courts, badminton courts, and skating ponds. Verso shows a map of Stage 1 development Strata plan with lot divisions.
