Fire Prevention newsletter of the Alta Lake Whistler Mountain District Volunteer Fire Department for 1965. The newsletter contains information on fires in the previous winter, information on fire prevention, details of the various zones of Whistler, and the Captains in charge of each area. The newsletter was written by Fire Chief, Dick Fairhurst.
Fonds consists of a page advertising Garibaldi Ski Development at Whistler Mountain for the 1965/66 season. Includes a brief description of the runs, lifts, rates, and facilities at Whistler Mountain; four black-and-white drawings and photographs; advertisements for Cheakamus Inn and Highland Lodge; and information on travelling from Vancouver, including a map.
