The manual focuses on the successes of the games and especially the things that went right along the way.

Two letters of support sent to Ross Rebagliati during his marijuana/gold medal controversy at the 1998 Nagano Winter Olympics in Japan and a letter of support written on a beer case label sent before he competed at the Games. Ross Rebagliati won the first ever gold medal for snowboarding in an Olympic Games. One letter is was kept in a large yellow envelope which had a newspaper photograph of Ross Rebagliati taped to it.

002: Fan letter of support from Jennifer Rock from St. Thomas, ON. The letter came in a yellow envelop with Ross Rebagliati's face taped on.
003: Letter of support from Columbia Brewery written on a Kokanee beer case label.

Scrapbook of Ross Rebagliati's snowboarding career up until 1994. The front cover shows a photograph of Ross racing with the title "Ross Rebagliati - World Cup Snowboarding Competitor" and listing his 1994 qualifications in Snowboard Slalom. The first few leaflet inserts are copies of Ross featured in a Japanese snowboarding magazine. The scrapbook contains all of his magazine features and covers, as well as copies of results from his snowboarding races. At the end of the scrapbook, inserts of Whistler Question and Vancouver Sun newspapers with news relating to Ross on the front page can be found.

Booklet titled "Transportation 100: Basic Training" given to Marcus Culver during his employment with the 2010 Winter Olympic Parking & Permit Crew in Whistler. Materials relating to Whistler's municipal parks, as well as the Resort Municipality of Whistler (RMOW)'s preparation for and participation in the Vancouver 2010 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games in Whistler, collected by Jan Jansen during his time in the role of Manager of Resort Experience at the RMOW between the 1980s and 2010.

Stickers created to publicize the Vancouver 2010 Olympic and Paralympic Games held in Vancouver and Whistler. The smaller stickers come in a variety of designs showcasing the mascots participating in Winter Games sports. The larger sticker is a translucent sticker with a bobsled and the Vancouver 2010 website.
