Photographs from the Freakers' Ball. The photographs were taken at three different Freakers' Balls: in 1975, when it was held in the Mount Whistler Lodge; in 1976, when it was held in the Christiana Inn, and in 1977, when it was held in the Keg.

Photographs of the Tapley's Fastball team. One photograph is from July 19 in the early 1980s. The other photograph is from July 1, 1989. The photos were most likely taken at Spruce Grove Park in Whistler, BC. The photo from the early 1980s seems to be an informal baseball league, whereas the photo from 1989 is most likely taken at an event hosted by the Whistler Slo-Pitch Association (WSPA).

Alta Lake Sports Club Fonds

Proposal for the "Construction of Crosscountry ski trails in the Lost Lake Municipal Park". Prepared and submitted by Alta Lake Sports Club. The proposal went ahead, although not to the exact specifications in this document. Also includes a double sided map. Side one is a "Whistler area map" scale 1 : 50,000. Side two is a sketched map by Trevor Roote detailing where the proposed trails should be built. Scale 3/4" = 500 ft. Also includes blueprint for the "Ski Support facilities" which were never built. Scale 1/8" = 1'. DSN. N. Petrescu, 25 Jan, 1980.

002: Photograph of Grace Woollard on the steamship coming to preempt #279 parcel on the east side of Alta Lake. Inscription on verso reads: "Preemptor no 279"
003: Postcard with postmark/cancellation at Alta Lake BC 1 Aug 1917 and another at 6.45 29 Aug 1917 and a cancelled Canada Postage stamp. Postcard addressed to Mrs Charles Woollard. Reads: "Aug 1st, 17, remember how your horse balked at this spot once? Dolly arrived yesterday, hope you enjoy your holiday in the north and will be able to get...[unfortunately the last line has been cut off]." The recto of the postcard shows Cheakamus Canyon, the text on the postcard reads "536 Cheakamus Canyon, near Watson BC, Pacific Great Eastern Rly, Photo by C Bradbury". The sender of the postcard has marked a point on the canyon with an "x" and has written "where we rode, an excellent picture.".
