Fonds includes a hand-drawn map of the proposed mini golf course on Whistler Mountain at the base of Olive Chair.

Original slides, transparencies, negatives, contact sheets, and prints of photographs taken by Greg Griffith, local photographer and owner of Mountain Moments Photography. The photographs are chiefly of skiing, snowboarding, mountain scenery, aerial shots, Whistler Village, skiing and snowboarding competitions (including the Molson World Cup Downhill), summer sports, freestyle skiing and snowboarding, heli-skiing, heli-boarding, and hotels and condominiums. The collection also includes photographs of well-known Whistler residents, historical moments in Whistler (such as the opening of Blackcomb Mountain, the construction of Whistler Village, squatter culture), and various events in Whistler.

The fonds consists of personal papers of Myrtle Philip, including education documents, journals, diaries, banking records, certificates and passports, legal and property records, correspondence, birthday and recipe books, postcards of the Alta Lake/Whistler area, scrapbooks, reference material, and photographs. The photographs depict the Philip family, people (including guests at Rainbow Lodge), events, and scenes of the Whistler area. The fonds includes Alex Philip's manuscripts, as well as records relating to his estate. The fonds also includes records of Rainbow Lodge, including guest registers (1915-1947), a cashbook (1928-1952), employee records (1941-1948), invoices, and receipts.

Documents and photographs from the Whistler Chamber of Commerce. Of particular note are minutes and correspondence of the Whistler Expo Committee (1984-1986) for Whistler's involvement in Vancouver's Expo '86.

The fonds consists of records relating to Nancy Greene's ski career and her involvement in Whistler local politics and community advocacy. Records include a scrapbook (1986-1987) depicting the growth and development of Whistler, correspondence to and from the Department of Highways regarding the Duffy Lake route (1988), correspondence and minutes relating to Nancy Greene's term as a Whistler School Trustee (1981). Also included are some records of the Garibaldi Olympic Development Association (1968) and the Garibaldi Olympic Committee's bid for the Winter Olympics (1980), as well as a package entitled "Whistler's Extraordinary Journey" relating to the 2010 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games. Local government records include Official Community Plans of Whistler 1974, 1976, and 1982, and a report entitled "Proposed Ski Development of Blackcomb Mountain." Fonds includes records relating to Al Raine's term on the Advisory Parks and Recreation Commission (1976-1983).

Fire Prevention newsletter of the Alta Lake Whistler Mountain District Volunteer Fire Department for 1965. The newsletter contains information on fires in the previous winter, information on fire prevention, details of the various zones of Whistler, and the Captains in charge of each area. The newsletter was written by Fire Chief, Dick Fairhurst.

Publications relating to the Vancouver 2010 Olympic and Paralympic Games, including guides, programs, and schedules.

Items include Harmony Hut logbooks for the 2015/2016 and 2016/2017 seasons, which Benjamin and his coworkers used to document daily sales and summaries while working at the Harmony Huts on Whistler Mountain.
