The forms grant photographer Jeff Sheng, PRIDE House 2010, Alpenglow Productions Corporation, GayWhistler.com, Qmunity, St. Paul's Hospital Foundation, Tourism Whistler, Tourism British Columbia, Canadian Tourism Commission, OUTtv, Convergent Entertainment, Transmission Site their representatives and agents the absolute and irrevocable right and unrestricted permission in respect of photographic images and/or moving pictures taken of various LGBTQ+ athletes.

Winter and Summer Travel Planners - Whistler Resort Association Promotional Booklets

Four travel planners created by the Whistler Resort Association to promote both Winter and Summer seasons between 1997 and 2000. Three of the planners are from the 1997-2000 Winter seasons, and one is from 1999 promoting the Summer season.

The planners cover topics regarding tourism including, accommodation, shopping, activities, transportation, events and festivals, Whistler Blackcomb, recreation, family services, dining, tours and sightseeing, mountain and valley maps, ski school, après, the Conference Centre, directory listings, packages, reservations, advertiser listings, day trips, golf, fishing, water sports, snow sports, lift tickets, ski area comparisons, ski and snowboard races/competitions, rentals, transportation, and booking services.

Photo Order Notes

File contains documents pertaining to the prices and payment for photographs taken of the regions in BC, Alberta, and the United States. Areas include but are not limited to Garibaldi, Squamish, Pemberton, Fraser Valley, Lower Mainland, Vancouver Island, Alaska Highway, Kootenays, Cariboo, the Rocky Mountains, and Idaho. File also contains specific invoices regarding the sale of Garibaldi Park photographs to publisher Douglas & McIntyre Ltd., along with the business card of Marilyn Sack, of Douglas & McIntyre Ltd.
