The concept art appears to be signed "Andrews 98."

File contains a transmittal (_001) from Dalla-Lana Griffin Dowling Knapp Architects to Alex Kleinman and Stephen Milstein regarding Whistler Interfaith Chapel/MY place, dated September 30, 1998. Two copies of Isobel MacLaurin's resume are attached to the letter by paper clip.
