02-177-126. Pg. 18. Caption: A single vehicle accident at about 8:30 pm on Sunday, June 21 resulted in a charge of driving without due care being laid against Thomas Schafer of Rainbow Drive. Schafer's 1980 grey Ford 4x4 ended up in the ditch of the intersection of Alpine Way and Highway 99 after he failed to make the turn and skidded in the gravel. Neither Schafer nor his passenger Ken Cassidy were injured in the accidet.
