Items donated by Allan Waisman, of Waisman Dewar Macdonald planning, including a laminated booklet titled "Whistler Village / A Resort Community," which was the first official plan for Whistler Village.
A large collection of photographs and newspapers mainly pertaining real estate and construction in Whistler, as well as some postcards and magazines from Arv Pellegrin.
Materials created by former Whistler Village restaurant, Citta' Bistro, including a floor plan, menu, event ticket, and business card.

These files contain documents, concept plans, maps, and architectural drawings relating to the development of Whistler Village and base area facilities. These items were created by Eldon Beck and his associates during the planning stages of Whistler Village.

Materials gathered by Geoff Pearce during his time in Whistler, including between 1976 and 1986 as Clerk-Treasurer for Whistler's first municipal council (RMOW). Documents include Official Community Plan drafts and revisions, an Resort Municipality of Whistler Newsletter, a Commercial Accommodation Market Survey & Analysis, and a Whistler Blackcomb Vacation Guide.

Original slides, transparencies, negatives, contact sheets, and prints of photographs taken by Greg Griffith, local photographer and owner of Mountain Moments Photography. The photographs are chiefly of skiing, snowboarding, mountain scenery, aerial shots, Whistler Village, skiing and snowboarding competitions (including the Molson World Cup Downhill), summer sports, freestyle skiing and snowboarding, heli-skiing, heli-boarding, and hotels and condominiums. The collection also includes photographs of well-known Whistler residents, historical moments in Whistler (such as the opening of Blackcomb Mountain, the construction of Whistler Village, squatter culture), and various events in Whistler.
