A typed note taped to the reverse of the print reads, "In the middle of the right hand side is the famous "Roundhouse" at Garabaldi's Whistler Mountain, 75 miles north of Vancouver, British Columbia. Three chairlifts meet at this point, at the 6000 foot elevation, where skiing is "king" from November to July."
Bob Dufour and Dave Murray (in red) are seen engaged in discussion with a group of skiers. In the background, the Roundhouse Lodge is visible. This photograph was taken on the same day as their Mouton Cadet Race.
This photograph shows Franz Wilhelmsen on the left, an unidentified man in the middle, and Jack Bright at the right, looking toward Whistler Peak. The three men appear to be sitting outside the Roundhouse in an area that later became an outdoor patio.
An annotation on the reverse of the print reads, "By Roundhouse the group sitting is the location of R.H. ex. building (t-bar #1 only)"
