A letter and poem from the recipient of Kelty Patrick Dennehy's liver in 2001. The first page is a poem entitled "My Donor Family" about the process of organ donation. On the back of this page begins a handwritten letter from 2007 detailing how his new liver has affected his life and how he continues to progress. This letter is continued inside a greeting card, The greeting card features an image of Galiano Island, British Columbia entitled "The Road Ahead," with a short explanation of the title on the back.
