Book of blue cheque stubs belonging to a member of the Jardine-Neiland or Betts family. The cheque stubs are dated from September 27, 1938 to spring or summer 1939. The payees include "Bradley," Dr. E. L. Garner, a hospital, [J. E. Heming,] Vancouver General Hospital, Alex Philip, and Bob [Olen?].

Railroad track tie order for November 22, 1937 from the Pacific Great Eastern Railway Company, addressed to Wallace O. Betts of Alta Lake, BC. The order requests "hewn peeled fir track ties at 45 cents each" and goes on to list the requirements and standards for these track ties. It is signed by [J Williamson?], the Purchasing Agent.
