Documents donated by the Racey family regarding the RMOW's Heritage Plan, Gondola Area Study, the building of Highway 99, and the procurement and maintenance of their plot of land near Wayside Park on Alta Lake. Donated by Alison Apps (nee Racey).
Fonds contain the records of Don MacLaurin. MacLaurin was involved in the forestry industry of British Columbia, taught at BCIT, and was heavily involved with the Resort Municipality of Whistler. He was in several forestry associations, including the Canadian Institute of Forestry, British Columbia Foresters, and the Forest Nursery Association of British Columbia. MacLaurin created the Whistler Interpretive Forest. MacLaurin also completed assessments for private developers. Included in the fonds are his personal records.
Most of the records were created in the Whistler region.

Draft of the Official Community Plan sent to the Resort Municipality of Whistler on behalf of Urban Programme Planners (of R. E. Mann Ltd.) on October 29, 1976. The document is a revised and expanded version of Bylaw No. 8 [WA_2019_037_01_003]. The plan is preceded by a letter to council presenting the plan on behalf of R. E. Mann and D. A. Halverson. The plan itself covers development area designations and policies, accommodation projection and allocation, distribution of future accommodation, accommodation mix, residential areas and potential residential areas, local commercial services, service commercial and industrial areas, recreation reserve areas, rural resource areas, transportation policies, sewer and water systems, and zoning and subdivision development regulations.

The article is about the final ride of Ginny and Kerry Dennehy's Enough is Enough cycling trip across Canada to raise funds for the Kelty Patrick Dennehy Foundation and awareness about mental health. It also discusses a million dollar donation to the cause from Andy and Cheryl Szocs. Found in scrapbook. 1 duplicate.
