Poster for Whistler Blackcomb's Park Rider Sessions events for skiers and snowboarders held in the terrain parks on December 18, 2016, January 22, February 19, and March 5, 2017. The events included slopestyle, half pipe, and big air competitions, costing 30$ to pre-register and 35$ on competition day for competitors. The events were sponsored by Quiksilver, GoPro, Oakley, Whistler Blackcomb Parks, Can-Ski, and Showcase.

"Past: The mountain was in its infancy, before the crowds & masses discovered it. Now: Vail takes over - what does that mean? Better infrastructure, higher prices on food, more ritzy? Can they bring even more people? Do they want to? Future: Better transportation, more options with service for non-skiers, those that want a different winter experience and summer - more variety of events - more mountain options."
