Items donated by Alison Apps (nee Racey), including the RMOW's Heritage Plan, Gondola Area Study, the building of Highway 99, and the procurement and maintenance of their plot of land near Wayside Park on Alta Lake, animal and bird pamphlets, and logging maps from the Whistler Valley.
Textual and graphic material from Whistler Blackcomb, including their 50th anniversary celebration event held in December 2015 at the Whistler Conference Centre, a mountain biking poster for the UnReal movie premiere in Whistler, and an August 2017 monthly bus pass for BC Transit Whistler.

Fonds contain the records of Don MacLaurin. MacLaurin was involved in the forestry industry of British Columbia, taught at BCIT, and was heavily involved with the Resort Municipality of Whistler. He was in several forestry associations, including the Canadian Institute of Forestry, British Columbia Foresters, and the Forest Nursery Association of British Columbia. MacLaurin created the Whistler Interpretive Forest. MacLaurin also completed assessments for private developers. Included in the fonds are his personal records.
Most of the records were created in the Whistler region.

Materials gathered by Geoff Pearce during his time in Whistler, including between 1976 and 1986 as Clerk-Treasurer for Whistler's first municipal council (RMOW). Documents include Official Community Plan drafts and revisions, an Resort Municipality of Whistler Newsletter, a Commercial Accommodation Market Survey & Analysis, and a Whistler Blackcomb Vacation Guide.
Items donated by John and Joyce Hetherington, including a poster of an artist's conception of Whistler Village presented to John Hetherington (RMOW Councillor at the time) on the occasion of the Founders Club Dinner on May 15, 1981, and an account ballot for the 1976 municipal election where Pat Carleton was voted into office as mayor.

Reports and studies from the Resort Municipality of Whistler that relate to the planning and development of Whistler Village, the resort municipality, the gondola area, and the Sea-to-Sky region between Squamish and Pemberton. The documents broach subjects including ecology, resort development, the environment, transportation, heritage, schools, architecture, sustainability, and municipal politics. Also includes photographs of RMOW events and a public art catalogue.
