Item is a documentary about the birth, development, and eventual decline of freestyle skiing in the 1970s. The film features classic ski footage and interviews with athletes such as Wayne Wong, Stein Eriksen, Bobbie Burns, Suzy Chaffee and Jonny Moseley, who helped pioneer the sport. Also included are a trailer and an "In Memoriam" video. Produced and directed by Brian Gilmore; presented by True Grit Productions.

There are also two documentaries: "Sword of the Lord," about Crazy Canucks member 'Jungle' Jim Hunter, and "Dog Days of Winter," about the birth and boom of freestyle skiing.

Video contains footage of weeks 1-3 at the 1996 Dave Murray Summer Ski Camp with background music. It opens with brief footage of skiing, sailing, and swimming at the 1966 Whistler Summer Ski Camp, then transitions to footage of campers skiing and snowboarding, riding the chair lift, roller blading, windsurfing, biking, rock climbing, swimming, racing, playing tennis and frisbee, using a trapeze, and participating in skits and talent shows at the 1996 camp.

Video contains episode #96-17 of the TV show Pontiac World of Skiing, which focuses on summer ski camps. Part of the episode is devoted to the Dave Murray Summer Ski Camp and was filmed during Adult Week 1995. It features footage of ski camp activities and short interviews with Greg Lee, 'Dr. Ed,' Stephanie Sloan, Felix Belczyk, and Wayne Wong. The episode aired during the second last week of March, 1996.
