File is a cassette tape featuring Alex Douglas talking about an average day in the life of a staff member at the Dave Murray (or possibly Toni Sailer) Summer Ski Camp, as well as a triathlon he ran in Vancouver.
A Side: Opens with discussion of windsurfing, jam-making, picking and stewing fruit. First half of "A Day in the Life at Whistler" - wake-up, breakfast at "Nasty Jack's," preparing the campers for the day, gondola/chair ride, hike up to glacier, skiing, daily tasks (salting snow, shovelling), helping campers, getting everyone off hill, afternoon activities, lunch, discipline, supper.
B Side: Second half of "A Day in the Life at Whistler" - meetings, afternoon activities (volleyball, sauna, frisbee), bedtime, counsellor meetings, dealing with difficult campers, staff duties, working airport duty, dance on last night of camp, adults' camp, movie nights, friendships made at camp. Also discusses his participation in a triathlon held in Vancouver.

This includes the drive from Vancouver up to Whistler, unloading the bus, hiking up to the glacier, riding the gondola/chairlift/t-bars, skiing, a mountaintop picnic, the construction site of Whistler Village, the Whistler mascot, and various outdoor activities such as tennis, volleyball, and trampolining. No background music.
The DVD also includes three 'music videos,' each 1 minute long.
