Sections include: The Travel Industry Development Subsidiary Agreement (TIDSA), Ski Lifts, the Mountain Village concept, On-Mountain beds, Whistler, construction employment, operation employment, skier visits, gross revenues, and a mountain resort map.

Promotional flyer titled "Village North: The vision becomes the reality!" is a leaflet constructed in a mock-newspaper format that shares concept drawings and construction photos and information about the 'new' Whistler Village north of Village Gate Boulevard. The back page shares perspectives from three of Whistler's past mayors on the project.
