Heritage plan created in 1991 by the Resort Municipality of Whistler. The Plan outlines the phases and process for creating a system of heritage sites in the Whistler area. The plan did not come to fruition.

Material donated by Sonya McCarthy gathered from her time as Alderman on the Municipal Council (RMOW), working for the Whistler Area Information Office, doing community work, and from Whistler Mountain. Documents include personal files, correspondence, pamphlets, posters, maps, and other promotional material regarding events, planning, accommodation, and services in the Whistler area from 1980 to 1996.
