        Peggy Hutton was a mountaineer from British Columbia who was active in the 1950s and 1960s, making several first ascents. She was married to Joe Hutton, also an avid climber, with whom she had a daughter she would often take on climbing trips: Heather Hutton. In 1955, Peggy made the first ascent of Mt. Rahm with her husband and Roy Mason.
