Dave Feniak is Maintenance Supervisor for HI Hostel in Jasper, AB. In the 1970s, he was a lifty at Marmot Basin resort in Jasper, and also made the trip to Whistler to compete in the Mogul Bash ski competition. During his time working as a lifty at Marmot Basin, Dave and a few friends made first tracks in a new area of terrain, then not part of the resort, which has now become new terrain in the resort called 'Tres Hombres', named after the friends' nickname for themselves. He is married to Barb Feniak and skis most days of the season.
