Diane Raymond (nee Eby) is a former alderman of the Resort Municipality of Whistler (1984-1988) and served as the Alta Lake District Ratepayers Association Vice President in 1978 as well as the President in 1979 and 1980/81. She is married to Gary Raymond and lived in Emerald Estates during her time in Whistler, owning an airplane there. She also worked at Inge's Hole in the Wall Gallery in the 1980s.
