Fran Charlebois (nee Stevenson) was a marriage commissioner who lived in Whistler for many years before moving to Kelowna, BC. She was born in Barrie, ON. She was married to Victor Charlebois, and was also a mother and grandmother. She worked as a marriage commissioner in Whistler alongside Florence Petersen and Tina Sinclair. She was an avid artist and athlete. Fran passed away at age 78 while rowing on a lake.
