History
Jenny Busdon and her husband Nello first moved to Whistler circa 1967. They purchased lot #5734 from Glen Creeman in 1976. The couple were active in the community, running a drama group that preformed live theatre and participating in the Annual Chateau Whistler Cup Loppet (a cross-country ski race). Jenny served as the Whistler Mountain District Chamber of Commerce secretary from (at least) 1970 to 1974, received the Citizen of the Year Award in 1975, and became a Chamber officer in 1979. She also wrote at least one article for the Alta Lake News.
In 1984 the couple and their two children, Nicholas and Melanie, left Whistler for Sun Valley, Idaho. A farewell roast held for them at The Black Forest was attended by 150 people.
