History

Nat Bosa is the founder and owner of Bosa Development Corporation, a real estate developer focusing on Western Canada and the US. From a modest start as a construction labourer, Nat’s first big move was co-founding Bosa Brothers Construction in 1966. He took this construction company and expanded it into real estate development, acquisition and asset management. In the 1980’s he founded Bosa Development, growing it into a premiere international company. Bosa Development has worked on pioneering the revitalization of the downtown core of San Diego, expanding the boundaries of downtown Vancouver and Calgary, and helping Whistler rise from resort town to international destination. He was inducted into the Urban Development Institute Hall of Fame in 2016 and is the recipient of the Founders Award at the 2013 Alonzo Awards in recognition of a lifetime of visionary leadership in Downtown San Diego.
