History

Wayne Booth is former owner of Cypress Bowl Recreations Limited, also known as Cypress Mountain. He began his career at Cypress as a ski instructor in the early 1980s, and would attend Toni Sailer Summer Ski Camp in Whistler through the 1980s. A local business man, he came to own Cypress Mountain, where his tenure was marred by conflict with conservationists, until 2001, when he sold Cypress to Boyne Resorts.
